1/2 Cup Oats
1 cup organic soy or almond milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon flaxseed
1 banana mashed roughly.
Simply combine all ingredients into a jar, shake shake shake and place in your fridge to leave overnight. In the morning you have a lovely on-the-go breakfast!
