So, tonight this happened....
A perfect vegan sweet snack, that needed something a bit extra!
Hot Chocolates are ALWAYS a good idea, especially if you live in cold, wet Manchester.
There are PLENTY of ways to make a vegan hot chocolate - the simplest being choose your favorite dark chocolate and melt it into delicious dairy-free milk. Simple yeah?
But this one was pretty amazing, I'm not going to lie. Drink, devour, enjoy!
1/2 Pint Soy Milk
1 tbs Organic Dark Cocoa Powder
1 tbs Organic Brown sugar
1 tbs Loving Earth Raw Coconut Spread
1 tsp cinnamon
If you do not have access to Loving Earth (Australian company!) some good quality delicious dark chocolate will do the trick. Chuck in a few squares.
1) Put your Soy Milk in a pan on medium heat.
2) Add all ingredients and stir consistently until combined and piping hot!
3) Transfer to the cutest mug you own.
4) Enjoy with candlelight and possibly a shitty movie. Or a brilliant horror. Both options work.
