There are so many ways to do this, the post could go on forever....
But the basics are:
- a ripe avocado
- a great loaf of bread (I love sourdough)
- ripe tomato
- olive oil and/or lemon juice
- salt and pepper.
I like to mash up my avocado in a bowl, either just alone or with a drizzle of lemon juice/olive oil and some seasoning.
Lay your tomato on top, finish off with some more seasoning and enjoy!
