This is a direct STEAL from on of my favorite raw YouTube channels: EasyToBeRaw. But it's an incredible way to start the day and just had to share it:
For the cereal:
1 chopped apple
2 chopped bananas
For the "milk":
2 frozen bananas
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 dates - pit removed
water to thin out as desired
This takes a bit of planning as you need frozen bananas. They're always good to have in the freezer! To prepare just peel a few ripe bananas, place into a plastic bag and pop in the freezer at night time. By morning - they'll be ready for blending!
When you're ready to use them, just take them out and chop into smaller pieces.
To prepare your cereal - simply place your chopped ingredients into a bowl. DONE!
For the milk - place it all into a blender and pulse (if you've never pulsed before: get ready to have your life (and smoothies) changed. It's basically bending for a few seconds on high. Stop. Blend again. Stop. Blend again. Keep going until it's at its' desired consistency) The milk can be as thick or thin as you like.
Pour over your cereal and thank me later!
