125g Vegan Butter
½ cup Sugar
1 Egg Replacer (available at any health food store)
1 ¼ Cup Wholemeal Plain Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
150g Raw Peanuts
150g Vegan Choc Chips
These cookies are so incredible that you’ll wonder why there’s nothing terrible in them.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Whisk the butter and sugar together until creamy and light. Use an electric mixer if you have one. Add in the Egg replacer mix and continue to whisk until combined.
Fold in the flour, baking powder, peanuts and choc chips.
Shape into small moulds and bake in the oven for 15 minutes, or until browned on top.
Leave to cool and enjoy!
