I'm going to say it: this is my absolute favorite.
My favorite breakfast. My favorite smoothie. My favorite EVERYTHING. It's just too good.... SO SO GOOD. Creamy, thick, delicious, decadent. And healthy. Everyone's a winner baby.
3 Bananas (please make sure they're RIPE. A bit spotty)
2 Dates, pitted
1 cup of water (or more to thin out as desired)
1 tbsp flaxseed meal
1 tsp cinnamon
As you've probably noticed, I'm not great with measurements. Add as much non-dairy milk/water as you like to get the desired consistancly. I like my smoothies pretty thick! And yes - this smoothie is calorie dense! But that's why I like it!
